A Milli producer "Bangladesh" ...?!

Question: A Milli producer "Bangladesh" !.!.!.!?
Okay well, I hail from Bangladesh and was rather perplexed when I heard my homeland mentioned in the beginning of Lil Wayne's latest hit, "A Milli"!. I then delved into the seemingly inexplicable mention of my homeland and found out it was actually a reference to the producer who made the infamous "A Milli" beat (makes sense), Bangladesh or Mr!. Bangladesh!. To this point, I am still baffled by the producer's decision to have "Bangladesh" as his moniker !.!.!. does it mean something that I am not aware of!? (for instance, Xzibit used it years ago in a rhyme - Till' my death, I'm Bangladesh !.!.!. which made absolutely no sense either)!. Nothing important, just something I found rather confounding!. If anybody has any answers, that'd be great!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
