ETC!.!. SEE HOW LIL wayne voice changed from when he used to rap on bling bling with b!.g/!. also this goes to Rick ross too!. I definitely think the voice matters!.
For example, there was the D!.O!.C!. He had a great album, "No One Could Do It Better" and then he got into that terrible accident!. Voice box was crushed or something like that!. He came out with a second album "Helter Skelter" I think was the name of the album, but it just wasn't the same!. He just sounded too weird and because of that, he wasn't able to attain the the success he had with his first album!.
With rap today, voice matters about 10%!.!.!.!.a good beat is about 70% and content is 20%!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
