Question: Are the stripes on Ruki's neck tattooed or just makeup!?
I don't know if I need to mention this!.!.!.but I'm talking about Ruki from the GazettE!. I didn't really notice until recently that he ALWAYS has those stripes on his neck!. Now I have to know!.!.!.are they tattooed or makeup!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
