Blood Red Shoes are an indie band, it's just two of them but they make an amazing noise and if you want an amazing drummer, i have seen them live and his hands were blurs!. i can't stand boring drummers!. I'd recommend the song I Wish I Was Someone Better!.
There's loads of bands like the Arctic Monkeys around at the moment!. A lot of them are awful though!. But you could check out Alex Turner's side project, The Last Shadow Puppets!.
More british indie bands!.!.!.!. The Cribs are great (album The New Fellas especially) or We Are Scientists (check out the song The Great Escape for a start)!.
If you like Nirvana have you got into the Pixies yet!? If not go buy Doolittle now!. One of the best albums ever and Kurt got a lot of his ideas from them!. Or just download Debaser or Here Comes Your Man for now!. If you do know them, then it's also worth checking out bassist Kim Deal's side project, The Breeders!.
