OK, well first off I'm going to start by saying he's not the best rapper alive, but he is the best at what he does!. He's elevated his career majorly with his last three albums, Tha Carter I, II & III and will definately go down as one of the greatest rap acts ever!. What makes him the best at what he does though is his originality, substance, and wordplay!. Every Weezy song has a different story, message, or theme!. For example Fireman, Tie My Hands, Lollipop, Hustler Muzik!. Each one of these songs are amazing!. This is what make Wayne so good!. He;s one of the only rappers that can sound good rapping about any topic!. I'd say there are about two or three more that can do it as well, Nas, Kanye West & Common!. One of those three, Nas, IS the best rapper alive because of his marketing ability, substance, flow, originality, and because of the duration of his career!.
