I'd say Nas or Eminem, Jay-Z isn't really all too great, I liked his early stuff, but really, all his new stuff isnt too appealing to me so!.!.!.No I wouldnt say Jay-Z is on Biggie & Pac's level, Jay-Z proclaimed himself better than Biggie, and you should never call yourself better than a legend like BigWww@Enter-QA@Com
