Put an ad in the paper stating what you are looking for and what you would be willing to pay!. If you want new equipment cheap you could always look at the music stores and see if they are discontinuing a certain color, model, etc!. You might be able to get a discount of more than 50%, but you do have to be patient!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Go to music stores first where they sell musical instruments and give lessons!. They'll be a start!. Ask them!. Even consider getting a new instrument if the price it right or they stretch out the payments!.
Any local papers that list people trying to sell things!. Newspapers!.
Check with local musicians who play in bands!.
Do not buy from ebay or from anyone that you can't check the instrument out first!. You should have a look at it before you buy it!.

On Ebay!. I bought instruments from a store in Idaho on Ebay!. The prices were incredible and the instruments were top notch!. Just be careful and read the descriptions well!. Good luck with your musical interests!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
