Does anyone know what music video this is? and who sings it?!

i saw it a few times last summer!. it had a popular guy and a smart guy!. the popular guy wasnt getting good grades or something and i'm guessing the smart one tutored him and while they are in class and the teacher was handing back papers the popular guy had made a good grade on his paper!. i guess in return the popular guy took the smart one out and they were hanging around a lot of girls !.!.!. then, at the end of the video it shows the 2 guys kissing!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
