of course!. you can be at a bar, you just can't drink at one!. usually you have to be 18+ to be in a bar after a certain time of the evening!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
i don't know about any laws but a friend of mine was a drummer in a band with his uncle and some of his friends!. they played in a bar when he was about 14, but i think they knew the owner of the bar and he looks old for his ageWww@Enter-QA@Com
i think if your 18 you can get in but not drink!. my cousin is in a band and played in 9 bars across st!. louis and hes only 17!Www@Enter-QA@Com
