Question: Who uses a fretless bass guitar!?
These must be difficult to play!. Somewhat like a violin, or a cello, to be more accurate!. I wonder if anyone ever played a fretless lead-6 string guitar!. Anyone out there know!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I've got a fretless 4-string bass, and it's difficult to play in tune without lots and lots of practice, which I don't have time for - I love the sound and playability of my Soundgear 5-string fretted bass too much to take time away from it for the fretless!. As the other responders have indicated, Flea, Tony Levin, Les Claypool, & Vic Wooten have all played fretless bass from time to time!.
