Is it possible to learn to sing on your own?!
Question: Is it possible to learn to sing on your own!?
Let's say, I don't have money enough to pay for lessons!. And I really want to learn to sing!. I'm awful at the vibratos!.!.!.and what not!. I don't do any vocal excercises either!. I'm hopeless to me!. But I don't want to give up!.( I'm a female and I play piano!.)

Yes, you can!.
Many famous people had no voice lessons before they achieved fame!. As far as vibrato goes, it comes naturally, so don't worry about it!
Could you join a choir!? Because your voice can improve tremendously when you sing, and choirs provide an opportunity to sing frequently with other people who can also help you!.

Hmmm!. I think if you have somewhat of a natural ability to sing (with vibrato and range and what not) then you could definitely improve it!.
I have a natural ability to sing and I could sing with vibrato and range when I was like eight!. But I practiced singing like every day when I was home alone and I just dug deeper and deeper into my ability!. Like I would go lower and lower everyday and higher and higher everyday!. And then I worked on runs and would take songs like At Last (Christina Aguilera version) and I would perfect every run and rift until it just came naturally!.
So I suppose in that sense you can learn how to sing on your own because I never took a lesson or did choir or anything!. But you gotta have some ability and you gotta have dedication and determination!.
So my advice is just to work on your vibrato, range, and runs until your satisfied!. But some people just don't have the big voice and if your not that good to begin with you probably won't develop it and thats okay!. You don't have to be brilliant to be able to sing and have a nice voice!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I felt the same way about learning to play the electric guitar!. What I did was search the internet, download free guitar tutorials [youtube & such have 100's of lessons for free viewing and I'd bet their are singing lessons as well], downoaded free guitar programs, free tabs [the actual files that a guitar program will read and play]!.

Yes!. But it depends on how much of a natural ability you were born with!. People like Mariah Carey, Leona Lewis, Beyonce, etc!.!.had a natural singing voice but just improved it with professional training!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
