Is there a difference between a Music Band and a Music Group?!

I was always under the impression that bands played instruments and sang!. entertainers!. lol!. Bands sometimes even lip synch!.

I don't really know!. When I hear "band," I think of a bunch of musicians and a "group" would be a choir!. I would say that they're synonymous!. Boyzone, N'Sync, Westlife, and the Backstreet Boys are "boy bands"--- although they don't play any instruments, they just sing!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
