For just strumming some chords it's okay!.
It's not really a full-blown song!.!. you should sing something, write some lyrics or whatnot!.
Next time put that microphone right up close to your guitar, aim it about where the 12th frets are on your guitar!. Give it about a foot of space, and don't play too hard!. That should do it!. Make sure your volume is up loud enough to get a good signal, but not enough to clip!.
Melodically, it's hard to tell what's going on because of how quiet it is!. It sounds okay, kinda shimmery!.
Mechanically, it needs some work!. There are at least three places in the song where I heard you mess up!.!.!. you should practice your material until you can play it flawlessly, so much that you don't even have to think about it!. That way it's easier to learn how to sing over your material - you know what you're playing without thinking about it, so you can spend your time thinking about how to sing!.
So, do your fundamentals!.!.!.!. practice your chord changes, and try playing to a metronome to keep your tempo even!.
It's basic, but you're a beginner, so no problem there!. You'll improve as time goes by!.!.!. as long as you practice regularly!
