I have reported him time and time again, but it is not working!. Yahoo will delete his questions and maybe block his account and he just changes accounts!. I have viewed his profile where they tell you the amount of points you have and he uses up his original 100 points and then opens another account for another 100 points!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Well, I've been gone awhile, but I noticed if you pick on him, he reports you!. My answer will probably be deleted in a few minutes, so read it quick!. I am starting to doubt my first thought, that it is a random computer!. A bot wouldn't pick a best answer (which I have recieved from him) and put a comment with it!. It also wouldn't delete whoever was picking on it!. On the other hand, it seems like Yahoo would block their IP address after so many questions relating to randy, letters reporting him and violation notices obviously because of him!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
