The new CD comes out on July 22nd in the United States and most other places in the world, and on July 28th in the UK and Indonesia!. Going to the Miley Cyrus website shows it all and gives you all the information to pre-order the CD if you want to have it shipped to your house the first buisness day available after July 22!.
