I'm not sure if she's a sellout, or a hasbeen, because SHE as a performer still "has it" but her music does NOT!. "Ray of Light" was a beautiful, spiritual album!. I wish she'd make more music like that!. And "Music" and many other songs were good!. You could look at it this way: she's always made upbeat, dance music, and that's what she's still doing!.!.!.it just doesn't have substance, but some people just want to dance!.
I, however, think it's lame she's charging 100s of dollars for concerts and maintaining her "superstar" status by putting out CONSISTENTLY MEDIOCRE music!. She's MADONNA!. Her music should be incredible!. Instead, it sounds like all the other pop that's out there!. The fact remains she'll always be famous because she's controversial, outspoken, opinionated and daring, and those qualities helped make her who she is--not truly fantastic music!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
