It depends how good you expect to be!. I can play the bass mildly while my friends say that I'm incredibly good at guitar!. The thicker strings and wider frets can create quite a buzz if you don't have good finger strength from the guitar!. also, bass is actually considered a different instrument than guitar, so the techniques are completely different, such as slap bass and playing finger-style rather than picking!. You might be able to get away with some basic bass lines, but you're not gonna be able to pass off as a bassist!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Well, I'd think so because it's basically the same principle, just a tad different with the longer neck, thicker strings etc!. I plan on doing that this summer actually, I play electric guitar right now!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
