I'm guessing it's from the early to mid 80's, is a rock instrumental (in the style of ELO), and has a guitar riff that goes like this: da da da, dada da dada; da da da dada dada da!.
also has synthesizers and singers in the background that sing nothing but "Ahhhh" in different notes!.!.!.
