Answers:
Didn't happen but he was actually sued for copyright infringement by GIlbert O'Sullivan for using his song "Alone Again (Naturally)" on his 1991 Album "I Need A Haircut"!. He was the first artist to be sued for sampling, and lost!. His album was pulled off the shelf and thus the "Biz Markie Sample Law" was institued to remind people to keep their mind on business when sampling and music making tactics!. This law is in "full effect" and widely used today!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
