Question: Whatever happened to real hiphop!?
Every time I turn on the radio, there is something on with a "down south beat," a "girly gum pop beat," or Lil' Wayne!!! I am sick of this!. I miss alot of the good stuff that used to be out, i!.e!. Nas, Mobb Deep (when they were QB real), KRS1 etc!. The sound just faded away!.
It all just seems like that if you are NOT a myspace artist you cannot be put on the radio!. I'm just saying!.
I know that with time comes change and that there are different eras of music!. I am sure that my parents wondered what happened to the "old school" music that they jammed to!. I just wonder what happened!?!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

What happened was, we sold hiphop to big business!. And when it comes to big business and music, they market it to lil kids and teenagers!.
A teenager mite, but do you think a lil kid will honestly understand or appreciate what Common says in his rhymes!. No, so they dont buy it!.
But, they can understand what Lil Mama is sayin when she says her "Lip Gloss is poppin"!. So, they buy it!.

real hip hop died with tupac!. nas proved it was dead with his song ''hip hop is dead''!. hip hop will be real again when a rapper can go on the mainstream with his lyrics, voice, and his rap songs arn't centered around a beat or lyrics repeated over and over again!. he should amaze you with his rhymes and his mix of words!.but with the way rap looks like we won't have a rapper like that in a while!. sometimes I think that the hip hop that is going now should be named a different genre of music!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I stay away from the blazin' hip hop!. Maybe I'm too old for that new "bounce" "crunk" "pop" or whatever you want to call it!. Maybe I'm just not an idiot when it comes to recognizing good music!. Buy Ice Cube's first album and listen to Turn off the Radio feat!. Del for proper instructions on what to do!. In the meantime do some research and don' tuse thte radio to determine what is real hip hop!. Actually i think the radio could care less!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I would agree with the money factor!. 50 cent actually used to be really good, (check out anything pre- Get Rich or Die Tryin') and now look at him!.!.!.I mean seriously, Candy Shop!?
More or less your not going to hear that kinda stuff on the radio anymore!. It's dead to the masses!. They want beats that sound like club beats so that they can dance to them, so everyone makes a song that sounds terrible, has no effort put into it, is all computer edited and mixed (i!.e!. T-Pain) and will sell millions of copies!.
Your only upcoming hope for a nation release that will be played on radios and whatnot is Dr!. Dre- Detox( Whenever the hell that finally comes out) and Eminem- King Mathers( Again, God only knows) The last Nas album was a complete letdown and so was Mobb Deep's!. I more or less stopped listening to broadcast rap because its not rap!. I don't care if she "sucked you like a lollipop"!.!.!.!.thats not a hook!. Thats a bad line that should be in like the middle of the song where you can get away with stuff like that!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
