Steve is original thats why he will prevail in music!. He has a couple things goin' for him,!.!. He is a talented writer, a savy musician, with a good band who can perform on stage not just in the studio!. Put that together with a record label that will give you a little freedom!. and doesn't want to keep you on a short chain!.!. and you have a success!.!. Steve is so country it'll bring tears to your eyes!. He's all about what he writes!. He knows what's goin' down in Copper Head Row for sure!. And, that scene is what is really goin' on around "Dollywood"!. He played hundreds of country honky tonks, and tells us about the musicans life, up all night pickin' drinkin' and smokin then sleepin' all day in the motel room!.!.!.!. Got a two pack habit an a motel tan!.!.!.!.!.is his life!.!. He is very heavily influenced by Blue grass!. But lets be real, even hillbilly's got strats these days!. And if they have the desire to play, guess what there sound comes out like!? Bluerock!?, Hillgrunge!?, Psychobilly!?!.!.!.!. You get a real Steve Earle sound!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. He's Classic, He's Country Rock!.!.!. But best of all he's original!. I like "Copper Head Row" prolly best of all!.!.!. I'm Vietnam Vet and I know what he's talkin' about!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
