Question: Am I alone in my opinion that the band "U2" is grossly over-rated!?
Someone recently stated that Hendrix was over-rated! Needless to say, he got crucified! But, who I think is over-rated is this band called "U2"!. There might be some arcane message or interesting lyrics, but there is nothing "unique" about there song structure!. They are a bore if you ask me!. What say you!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well, everyone is different when it comes to music!.
I like U2 and I think they sound very unique!.
I dig em' the most!.
Well, their old stuff is better to me than their new stuff though!.
And about the message, it always sounds like they are referencing Christianity, following Jesus, and maybe the struggle that goes on with that!.
I don't know!. It just sounds like it to me!.
But I don't think they are overrated!.
But again, it's all up to the individual!. I hear people go on about the Ramones ( is that the correct spelling of their name!?), and I think they are okay, but not musical geniuses or anything!.
I use to know a guy that really dug Hewie Lewis and the news!

everyone is entitled to their opinion, I however disagree with you, I just like them and their music, the hype is real, it is for me and that's good enough
