A Weezy hater most times only listens to underground hip hop and believes that they are the authority on all hip hop matters!.
I do not believe that Lil Wayne is the best of all time BY NO MEANS, but he is a talented artist!.
I think that it is best to be at the middle, he's not the best, not the worst, but he's average and therefore a capable rapper!. He has the potential to become the best of all time, but he hasn't reached it yet!.
