What are some great piano books for self-teaching?!

Question: What are some great piano books for self-teaching!?
I've played the piano on and off for about 4 years now!. After taking almost a year hiatus (keyboard broke down), I've gotten a new keyboard!. I discovered that I forgot every single music piece I learned because I played based off memorization and ear!.

Can anyone recommend piano books that will progress me from a beginner's level to an advance level!? I'm very interested in playing classical music and video game music; I also love fast paced songs so if you know of any books that help with TECHNIQUE, that would be appreciated!.

Finally, if anyone knows of a forum where I can make my home as a pianist, please tell me!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Very easy to understand!. Makes learning about technique easy!. Slowly and steadily progresses you from a beginner to more advanced levels, as you go through book 1, book 2, book3, etc!. I highly recommend it!

If you want to play at an advanced level, it is necessary for you to have a teacher!. Especially if your desire is to play classical!. There is no book that can give you all of the insight into technique that you need to be an adequate pianist when it comes to classical music!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
