I agree with the answer that his biggest mistake was getting addicted to heroin!. Although he seemed to have had pre-existing issues anyways, which would also be a problem, although I suppose you couldn't call that a mistake lol!.
In reference to another answer, I do wonder how things would have turned out if Nirvana would have stayed underground and hadn't gotten so big!. But predicting would haves and could have beens is a fruitless endeavor, so let's suffice it to say he was quite an extraordinary talent and it's a shame things worked out the way they did!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
