No!.!.!.!.with fame comes arrogance and money and both will corrupt an individual!. The money has distanced himself from the world he was once apart of,the world we all still live in!. He is no longer feeling the angst that helped fuel the Metallica sound in the past!.He is no longer hungry!.

That is for sure, if he wanted to he would have kept going with thrash metal, but no he probably wanted to appeal to the younger crowd for some reason and so went into the more "popular" music, Metallica could have still been kicking ***!.

Maybe But We Havent Seen It Since The Black Album Came Out So Im Not Sure!. I Think The Metallica We Once Knew Went The Hard Rock Direction!. But Hopefully Before They Stop Relesing Albums We Can Get A Good one Of Them!. Oh And Their New Album Thats Comming Out Sucks! I Heard One Of The Songs Off Their New Album And It Sucked!. Does he have it!? I'd say yes!. Do I loike al the new stuff!? No!. But He still puts out enough good stuff that I aint jumping on the Anti Bandwagon!.
And!.!.!. hell even bands like Sabbath put out some pretty weak albums

I like both bands A LOT!.!.but I also was sorund when Megadeth was universally known as MEGAPUSS!. And Metallica was GOD!. Now!.!. even then I was a Megadeth fan!.!.!. I just htink it funny that now Metallica nd everything related is "overrated"!. Funny!.!.until Load!.!.!.!. HAmmet was considered one of the best Guitarists EVER!. You could take Killing thru So Far So Good!.!.and make ONE really good album!.!.!. so I'd say they are about equal!.
