Question: Can someone give me tips on how to write a song!?
I want to start to write songs but don't no how to!.!.!. Is there like steps you have to do!? And I can't get the melody for one of my 'songs'Www@Enter-QA@Com

I would recommend for you to read a book on songwriting, but generally, I think the idea of the song is the most important song!. If you don't have an idea that you are passionate about, you should not write the song!. When I write a song, I just grab my acoustic (or if you play the piano, great accompaniament), think for a few minutes before I strike a chord, and once I get a feeling, I just start playing for about 15 minutes!. Very important, you should record yourself playing if you do it this way, so you can listen to what you just wrote, and get the minute or so that hits you!. Best of luck to you!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
just write the odd line down on a pad of paper and try to mould it into a song!. think of whatever comes into your head and scribble it down- even if it comes out really corny you can go back and change it!. i do this to write poems though, not songs!. good luck hope it goes well- have fun with it xoxoWww@Enter-QA@Com
