No radio station music!. The labels have made the licensing fees so high, not one single podcaster has ever been able to afford it!. You'll get sued immediately!. But you can use it to introduce new bands or independent artists!. You just have to get written permission from the artist or their label!.
There is also music that has been declared "podsafe" because the artists and/or labels have already given permission!. If you google "podsafe music" you will find a lot that you can use!.
