In metal it is traditional to headbang!. My parents didn't know what headbanging is so I'll show you what it is!.!.

I headbang to the sic songs!. Disasterpiece, freak on a leash, fansong, payback, respect!. I dont know when I startd to headbang but i just know i started to listen to the wicked music known as heavy metal at the age of 6 and I think i imiated the singers and listeners!.
