Question: What do you believe "underground" is, and is there a difference between that and independent!?
Answers:
No one wants to be "underground" I like to call it Idependent hip-hop!. with the internet now these artist can get their music out, with myspace they can get it heard by many people!.!.!.thats just one option!. They just dont have the finacing of a major record lable!.!.!.!. most Idependent artis have more controll over their music and production!.!.!.they are not the puppets that these mainstream artist are!. underground i think just means its not played on the radio and tv and all that crap but u have icp who is underground but also has its own independent record label im sure they can be different or go hand in hand look at some other people how have independent record labels im sure alot of them are not underground
i just want to add i wasnt saying that an independent record label has to be underground i dont want that misinterpreted and for the record icp and twiztid and all that are proud to be underground and not mainstream they werent at first but they realized as underground artists they have real "fans" not just people who will dump them when the next biggest thing comes up its more for real a little off topic but i had to add in response to someone elses answerWww@Enter-QA@Com

Yea I agree with Jas!.!.!. underground and independent kinda go hand in hand!.!.!. Neither one is really played on the radio that much or gets little to no advertising!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
