Answers:
Women don't have falsetto!. They have what we call a headvoice!. It is the voice that comes after you've crossed though your chest voice!. It feels lighter and carries less of a "rumble"!.

If you are looking to lighten up your tone in specific parts of your headvoice to make a similar connection, create an airy sound by lessening your production of sound as you sing!. Pretend you are using a light yawn in your headvoice, and pretend the tone is going to the top of your head!. I think I know what you're talking about!. It sounds like falsetto but it isn't!. It is just a light sounding tone that doesn't take much effort in the female voice!.

Now, if you are talking about a tone that sounds extremely high, almost like a whistle, this is called a whistle register!. Most women don't have whistle register, even if they can sing high!. You have to be born with it!. You can't vocalize your way up to it!. Most women with the whistle register are considered coloraturas, although singers like Mariah Carey and Minnie Rippleton where basic sopranos who just so happened to have whistle registers!. If you don't have it, don't worry!. Most women who have incredible singing voices don't!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
