I know this isn't what you want to hear, but you have to do that by yourself!. You can't rely on anyone else to write a song for you!.
Write a poem!. Not a long poem!.
Take a melody, not a long one!.
Now take the poem and try and make it go with the beat and flow of the melody!.
You can change words, cheat with grammar, whatever you need to do, and then you'll have your song!.
If there IS a site that will write songs for you (which I seriously doubt), I wouldn't use it!.
