Oh man, I was about to say!. That would be some b!.s!. I couldn't believe that people would actually waste their money on that!. I personally don't like Lil' Wayne but Tha Carter 2 seemed more appaling then this one!.

I'm not a Wayne fan, but I'll try to be objective about it: I think out of the 3, it's the weakest, but there are some decent beats in there!.
I think if that's your kind of thing, then the first 2 are better and the first one was probably the best overall!.
That said, although it's not to my taste I don't think it's absolutely terrible - if you already like Wayne, you'll probably find plenty to enjoy on it!.
The whole album's got quite a generic feel to it imo, and it certainly hasn't convinced me to pay good money for it, or made me feel like I've been mistaken in not being a Lil Wayne fan!.
All in all, as far as Wayne albums go, I think it's average!. There aren't really any stand out tracks for me and it didn't make me feel like I was hearing anything new or special!.

It's complete garbage!. If you're into that mainstream Wayne sound, then you'll love it!. The only track that's hot is Mr!. Carter and the jone w/ Fab and Juelz!.
