My answer: Hmmmmm!.!.!.!.!.man this is a toughie!.!.!.!.!.well I gotta admit although I love Oasis a whole lot, I'm going to pick Blur mainly b/c their song THE UNIVERSAL is by far one of the greatest songs ever written!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and yeah!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Blur

They're both great and the whole crazy argument thing over it confuses me because they're both two completely different types of music!. Oasis take the more straightforward approach as to where Blur is more playful and abstract and dance-y, almost!.
But when it comes to being sincere and heartfelt, i'd take Damon Albarn over the brothers Gallagher any day!.!.!. Especially because of "End of a Century," "This is a Low" and "The Universal!."
And no, Blur doesn't have a smaller repertoire than Oasis!. I'd almost say about the same, really!. Considering if you just take Oasis' good albums and compare them with their crap ones (especially considering Blur consecutively released excellent albums as a whole)!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Hmmm, this is tough!. Both have put out some extraordinary albums over the years!. I would give a slight edge to Blur because they have been the most consistent, although their last CD "Think Tank" was not very good!. However, everything they did in the 90's when Graham Coxon was in the band was fantastic!. Parklife is a masterpiece!Www@Enter-QA@Com
I detest oasis!.!.!.oversold and undertalented!.!.!.and then they went with that whole "we're better than the beatles" crap!.!.!.so id pick blur if those are my only choices!.!.!.song 2 is probably one of the best songs out of the 90's!.!.!.
