Answers:
A healthy voice generally manages 2-3 octaves in different tones, if it is given some direction!.
However, some of the most respected singers I can think of have limited vocal range, especially Jazz singers!.!.
In the video!.!. The highest note around the time you gave, was an F5, which is well below Soprano C!. Most female singers I know, could manage it easily!.
**Edit**
The woman singing these notes is called Marilyn Horne
http://en!.wikipedia!.org/wiki/Marilyn_Hor!.!.!.
Marilyn's voice was used, Dorothy Dandridge just lip synched!. Although she was a singer in her own right, she was unable to sing this role as an Operatic Mezzo-Soprano!.
You should post some clips of you singing!.
