The kid is talented being that he's got his own sound and his grind is remarkable, but I don't respect him because his music is contentless; He's the reason hip-hop is dying!

**** is ridiculous!.!.!.We're living within the same half a century span as biggie, pac, marley, the beatles, nas, led zeppelin!. How is this guy even being mentioned as having a 5 star hit with someone like jay!.
I don't think he's capable to make a classic song even with jay!. His poor rhyme schemes, washed down content, and the fact that the radio, idk how, over plays him, makes him one of my least favorite artists!.

I believe it means "soldier boy" but with a southern kind of grass roots "soul" feel to it!. Like the "soldier" aspect denotes someone of strong integrity and discipline with a lot of soul who resides from the south!. It's spelled with a J and an A because it is hip hop and that brand of music and subculture is notorious for misspelling common words to give it its own unique spin into the subculture instead of the common vernacular of just being a "soldier boy!."
Jay-Z is a good musician with years of history and respect!. also, even more respectfully, he has never starred in a PG rated family themed comedy!. Soulja Boy may have a large cult following but he is still fairly new to the scene, whereas Jay-Z has already achieved immortal status!. It may be advisable to work with Jay-Z on a few songs together as guest vocals which would work out but if he did a collaboration with Soulja boy and the duties were split entirely down the middle, the reception from the critics would undeniably be that it was a Jay-Z album with Soulja boy, instead of a Jay-Z and Soulja boy album!.

Yeah i would!. To be honest with you I do respect soulja boi in a way!. i respect his grind!. He doesn't make music i like but he's making his hustle and I respect that!.
