Singing-Help!?!
Question: Singing-Help!!?
I can sing!. I sing everywhere!. All the time!. Actually, I have had several people come up to me and say that I sound like Bianca Ryan!. =) I'm good!. 1 problem!.!.!.!.my parents don't know I can sing!. The last time they heard me sing was at a choir concert when I was like 7!. I'm scared to sing in front of my parents!. I don't know why though!. Can somebody tell me why that scares me so much!?
I have a great voice and I want them to hear!.!.!.!.but I'm scared!. I want to say' "I can sing!. I'm good! Listen to me!" But I can't!. I freak out!. But it's so hard!. I've had to deal with this for like a year now!.

Hey, it's okay, I'm nervous about singing in front of people too!. Can you sing in front of friends!? Why don't you have them record (on video or just with a sound recorder of some kind) you singing!? Then you can show it to or have your parents listen to it!. OR, why don't you wait until they leave the house and then around the time they get back, start singing so they hear you when they open the door!.

My advice, make it seem accidental
I know that sounds weird but maybe if you and your parents are in the same room and both preoccupied with something, start singing
and keep doing it
Do it until they say something about your voice
Don't be afraid, it's just your parents
the only people who you can sing like whale and still have their support and love lol

I completely understand! I can never bring myself to sing in front of my parents!. For me it's because my voice is such a personal thing!. When I sing for people, it's like i'm giving them a piece of myself, and that's not an easy thing to do!.
However, when comes to singing in the car, I just sing really loud and karaoke style, and just have fun with it!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Youre family will say you are good!. As daughters, sons, we all have that fear!. I am very successful and am STILL in fear or my parents presence when i am performing in any way!. lol!. Because being around family is one thing, and being around other people is another thing!. Bottom line, your family will be impressed!. Dont worry!. Belt out in the shower and act as if you knew no one was listening!. They'll hear!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
