They are a touring caricature of what they used to be, but at the same time they are selling nostalgia!.!.!. Mick and Keith probably feel 25 when they are on stage and the old farts in the crowd that can afford the tickets probably feel like they are 25 again when they here songs like "Satisfaction", "Last Time", "Under My Thumb", "Wild Horses", and all the other classics!.!.!. They are a bit of a cash cow really but I love them!Www@Enter-QA@Com
They had their moments, but they kept going back to the same boring blues riffs and pretty much gave up being interesting in the early seventies!. I read some laughable quote recently where Keith Richards was slagging off Bowie ("It's just posing - nothing to do with music, etc!.")!. I suppose that crap attitude sums up why they haven't recorded anything worth hearing for more than 30 years!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
You should have been there in the 60's!. With the Beatles, the Stones and Motown the music was great, there was a lot of rubbish too but todays' kids just haven't got the same quality of music that we enjoyed back then!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
