Question: Does anyone else think true Country is dying!?
Because all the artists who used to play it are!? Now the majority of it is either Country-Rock or Country-Pop, and you're lucky if you hear a steel guitar or a fiddle on one song out of twenty!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes and no!.!.!. True country is still alive in alt-country formats and there are a few artists, such as Alan Jackson, that still get "country" radio play!. You've got to hunt for it!.
Now, and I can't speak for the daytime programming, but WSM 650 AM out of Nashville overnight has some good country sounds and it is available on the Internet!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

well, if y/a is any indication , many only claim there are two "country artists" , swift and underwood !. If that is the limit of their understanding of country music , then it is dying rapidly if not dead alreadyWww@Enter-QA@Com
When I watched the last country Music awards I felt sad that the traditional country wasn't there!.

Yes, I do think it's dying even though I like all of the new country it doesn't compare to Johnny Cash and Reba and all of the good old country singers! : )
