Question: Is hard rock devil music!?
like linkin park, the used, and all the other hard rock music!.linkin park plays the songs givin up, and bleed it out!. the used plays the songs slit your own throat and cut up angels!. i dont think it is devil music but my mom does and she doesnt want me listing to it i am 12 yrs old and i think the songs expresss the way u feel because music is life!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

NO! HIM is satanic (i believe) and i still listen to their song Killing Loneliness!. that has no reference to the devil at all!. Korn is just straight up scary!. so is Slipknot!. i dont listen to them but it doesnt stop me from listening to hard rock!. Tell your mom why you like the music!. explain why it is that you can relate to the music or why you like it!. Educate your mom in what REAL satanic music is!. I'll tell one thing for certain, that Linkin Park is definately not devil music!. You have to listen close to the lyrics and understand their meanings thoroughly before forming judgements or else it can be very easy for misconceptions to take place, and sometimes this process can take alot of time and effort as well as life experience!. I can tell you that your mom grew up in a different era where things weren't the way that they are now and the wide range of new kinds of thinking and material out there to experience that exist today simply weren't around then!. So it's understandable that if she isn't a big seeker of understanding meanings of modern culture, then she would easily negatively label things she doesn't care to understand instead of making an effort to actually figure it out for herself!.

your mom needs to get a grip!. my mom tried the same thing with me when i was a kid (except i listened to actual metal including death metal)!. if she thinks that music makes people commit crimes and such, she should do some research!. and just because one listens to 'devil music' doesn't make him/her a satanist or a criminal!. i listen to slayer and i have a clean criminal record and i don't worship satan (and neither do they)!. trust me!. linkin park and the used are NOT satanic bands!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
