Looking for a techno song played on energy 92.7 and 5 chicago,IL?!

ok so this is gonna seem weird i i have been looking for this song for years there are hardly any lyrics but i know the beat so plz help me find it!! the song goes beep (pause) beep beep beep beep babeep beep beep babeep ba da na nana na then it pretty much repeats then towards the end there is a male talking but i cant make out what he saids he sounds foreign and sounds like he is talking through a radio i kno this seems crazy but i have been going crazy for years trying to find it and i only kno the beat to the song and that is was played on energy 92!.7 and 5 chicago!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
