Your a season too late (or too early) they were here for a month last September!. I saw Simon Rattle conduct them in Mahler's 9th, one of the best things I heard all season, or ever!. Do not despair next may the other major Berlin orchestra, Staatskapelle Berlin is coming!. Daniel Barenboim and Pierre Boulez are conducting all of Mahler's symphonies in order!. also The Vienna Philharmonic, The Bavarian Radio Orchestra and many more!.
