Question: Starting a rock Band!?
I want to start a rock band!. I am a singer and want to find peope who share my talents to do this with me!. I dont know how to do this or anything!. Please Help!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

First off you need to find a few friends (or anybody really) that can play insturments!. A good starting band is a lead guitar, a bass, and drums!. These are core!. From there you can add a keyboard and an extra electric guitar!. also, any good rock band needs songs!. Start writing lyrics down!. If you're not very good at that sort of thing, find one of your other band members to do it!. Some members may be good at writing lyrics, while others good at making the actual music part!. The easiest thing to do is to join a band that's already formed but is looking for!.!.!.YOU! Ask around at any local music stores if they know of a local internet database that has a "musicians wanted" section and comb through it to find something!.

You could also place an ad on there as "singer available", or also put up an ad at the music stores on their bulletin boards!.
Generally, though, asking around for a little while (especially at music stores like Guitar Center where every type of musician goes into to shop) might help you find what you're looking for!.

Put fliers around school that says something like recruiting members for a rock band, ask for certain parts like guitarist, drummer, bass player, etc!. Maybe if you want them to look a certain way you could put something there too!. Put in also something like auditions will be on (date) at (time) on some place you want, see if it works out!.!.!. good luck with thatWww@Enter-QA@Com
Go to your local craigslist!.org and look in the musicians area there!. You will usually find someone looking for a singer!. A good one is hard to find!.
