Uh if you don't know any of those terms!.!.!.I'd say you're pretty screwed for the exam!. By the way you can just search on google or even in a dictionary!.

Slur - a curved line between two notes of a different pitch to make the articulation more legato
Chromatic note - a note not belonging to the scale or the key of the piece
Cantabile - singing style
Harmony - chords that accompany the melody (a very vague definition)
Chord - three notes or more notes built from a scale degree
Syncopation - an upsetting of the beat, used in jazz etc!.

Seems to me that, if it's going to be on the test it would've been covered in class !.!.!. and in the text book!.
