OK I have looked high and low for this!.!.!.
I beleive:
1!. is a 1 hit wonder
2!. The name of the band has 2 short words in it, word 1 begins with "E"
3!. 2 men trade vocals but 1 might be a woman (higher voice)
like in Meatloaf - Paradise by the dashbord lights style!.
4!. It may be a Cleveland, Oh local band that went big with this one hit!.
5!. the name of the song is like (do you remember or do you beleive or something like that!.

Yeah if we had some lyrics maybe, I did a lot of research and couldn't come up with anything close, there were a lot of one hit wonders, mostly from the 60's, any thing newer was like Th Ohio Players, Devo sorryWww@Enter-QA@Com
