Why is it that whenever I recover from having a stuffy nose/sinus infection my throat is always scratchy and I can't sing the high notes I could before!?
It's annoying to have to get my voice used to the high notes again!.
Is it because I haven't been singing for a while!?

When you have sinus problems the mucus drains into your throat and causes it to get irritated!. The irritation is probably inflaming your vocal cords, and if they're thickened they can't vibrate as fast as usual, therefore cutting your upper range!. Drink a lot of warm water or tea with lemon and honey!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
