Why do people say country music is stupid or it sucks?!

I wonder the samething because I love country music and I know that my brother and sis in law hate it i mean they can't stand it!. I don't get it!. I love country music!. If you want to be a singer and sing country music then i say go for it!. Don't let other people stand in the way of your dreams!. Don't listen to them!. Country music is good music for those of us who love it and those who don't well they are just missing out on some great music that's all i have to say!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I guess that comes from years ago when you had some really boot kickin' songs out! There was a LOT of twangy guitars and fiddle playin' back then and some silly lyrics, too!. Sort of like, "I've got a tear in my beer" and such!. Many people haven't really given modern country a chance (which is a shame) because they're missing some good music!. For those of us who really LOVE pure country, what we are hearing on the popular country stations today is different from the good old-fashioned country our parents, aunts, uncles, & grandparents loved!. I haven't heard anything resembling the Kendalls, Loretta, Hank Williams, Sr!., or the Statler Bros!. in too long a time!. So, go for it, honey - sing your heart out because there are loads of real people who are waiting to hear true country music!. I was country when country wasn't cool!. Look at Garth Brooks, I'd like to have his money he made on that "stupid country music that sucks" I guess only real country fans know good country music is where the money is!. Kenny Rogers wasn't going anywhere with the 5th Edition till he got rid of them and went country!. What does that tell you about the people who think it's stupd and sucks!? Country is the area for you!. That or pop!. But pop is known for divas so probably country!. Country also has meaning!. It's good for acoustic and is good for songwriters!. People usually say it cuz the younger population only listen to rap!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
