Nightwish is the more famous!.!.!. though none of them are mainstream famous by any means!.
And for older Metalheads!.!.!.Blind Guardian is probbably the better known of the 3!.!.!. but Nightwish is making more waves NOW!.
Gamma Ray, I barely even have hear of to be honest!.
I'm not sure I will say either are better than Nightwish!.!.as again, they are vastly different bands, and it comes down to preference!. I really like Blind Guardian (though, IMO, Iced Earth owns them!.!.!.!. but IE owns almost everyone else in PowerMetal) !.!.but they have laid their share of duds, too!.
As far as talent!? I would say an objective view is that Tuomas WIPES the floor with all of them!.!.!. as he is the only one who constantly writes for an entire Orchestra!.
As for Gamma!.!.I can't really pass judgement as I've only heard a bit of them!. All are really good though!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Nightwish unfortunately, as your average person is more likely to have heard of them than BG or GR!. In terms of talent though, Blind Guardian and Gamma Ray wipes the floor with them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Nightwish is probably the most famous out of those three bands!. I prefer Blind Guardian though because they are an excellent Power Metal band that has been around for over 20 years now!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
