Question: How many Octaves is this kind of voice!?
i am a soprano and someone told me that I am b/w a low and a high soprano!.!.!.meaning im not a low or high soprano!. How many octaves would i be able to reach!? and what singer would be considered a meduim soprano i suppose!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

If you are going to label yourself as a soprano in the classical sense of the word, you should have a C7 (the one two octaves above middle C), at least!. There are MANY different soprano fachs, most are not capable of reaching their full potential until their 30s!. Some top out at C7, some go above and beyond it!. Though how high does not always determine type!.

If your thinking non-classically, it doesn't matter so much, as long as you can sing all the notes in the correct style and not kill yourself!.

If you know where middle C is!.!.!. to be a high soprano!.You need to be at least able to sing Two c's above!. Low is the same exept the strength would be in your lower range!.!.!. if your low maybe you are a Mezzo Soprano (same range different comfortable range!.)Www@Enter-QA@Com
well being a soprano does not determine your range!.!.!.!. Soprano 2's should be able to BARELY hit a high C!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
