Tableture question?!
Question: Tableture question!?
when i look up tabs online, usually i get the chords to a song, but in many of the songs i want to play, there's two guitars, the rhythym guitar playing chords, and the lead guitar playing one note at a time!. i prefer to learn those lead parts, as i am horrible and i find chords more complicated, easier to memorize a pattern of single notes for me!. anyways, is there a term for that!? what is the opposite of a chord i guess i'm askingWww@Enter-QA@Com

It usually is referred to just as the lead guitarist tab!. When finding tabs, (I use www!.ultimate-guitar!.com), look for the tabs that are run using a free tab program that you can download called powertab!. They are usually a more in depth tab which provides both the lead and rhythm guitar parts!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
You are talking about the 'melody' line or a solo!. Chords might seem hard at first but will get easier with time!.!.!.keep at it!! And melody lines and solos only get harder and more advanced!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
